Postage

We always send our bears by special or insured post we like to know that they will arrive at their new home safely, postage shown on the shopping cart is UK only, we are happy to ship worldwide, but if you are outside of the uk please contact us for postage rates.:

Payment:

Payment is only accepted in pounds sterling and can be either cash, cheque, postal order, credit or debit card, prices quoted do not include postage and packing.

Any custom charges that may apply outside the uk are the responsibility of the purchaser

The colours of the collectable item may vary slightly to the colour shown on this web site, every effort is made to give an accurate picture but due to the photographic process this can sometimes happen.

Unless otherwise stated items sold on this web site are pre-loved and are not offered as new, ages given on bears are approximate and can not be guaranteed.

Returns

Items purchased within the UK

For Internet sales we are happy to accept items back if you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days and a  refund will be given, but the item must be returned to us in the condition it was dispatched. you must call to arrange the return before returning the goods, the refund will be less our original postage costs even if the item was sent free of postage, if payment was made by credit card we will also deduct our credit card processing charge.

Goods are returned at your risk so please send by recorded means
